All events start at 5:00 pm at the top of Olin Park, in front the Pavilion. 5K Runners will start first, followed by the 2 Mile Walkers. The start of the race is in sync with the official Lighting Ceremony of the Holiday Fantasy In Lights. Runners and Walkers will run/walk through the maze of holiday lights before exiting the park. 5K Runners will continue on the Capital City Bike Path towards the Monona Terrace Convention Center, where they will turn around and return to the pavilion. There will be hot and cold drinks, food, and live holiday music waiting inside the pavilion.
